Custom Orders and Deposits
Wix Stores is not designed particularly well for custom work that requires a deposit.
When you open the custom collar or jewelry page, you will see two text boxes where you can describe the item you want and provide the information needed to begin the project. You can then submit the required deposit.
Customization may include choosing motifs, symbols, stones, charms, hardware, colors, or other design elements for constructed pieces. For items that must be cast, such as a fully custom pendant, you may also provide photographs, sketches, or reference images showing the design you want.
Casting involves creating a mold of the approved design, melting the chosen metal, and pouring the molten metal into the mold to create the finished piece.
After receiving your request, I will contact you so that we can discuss the details, make any necessary adjustments, and finalize the design before work begins.
Once your custom item is completed, I will send you an invoice for the remaining balance.
Payment options are available through Wix Stores. You may pay with credit or debit cards through Stripe or PayPal. You may also use Apple Pay
For Expensive Items (like cast metal) or multiple-item purchases, you may use Afterpay, Affirm, or Klarna to spread your payments over time.
