Interrupting the Loop

Once a pattern is recognized, the next step is interruption. Do not argue with the thought or analyze it deeply. Instead, apply a simple, consistent interruption—shift attention to a neutral anchor such as breathing, physical sensation, or a fixed point in your environment.
