These are some common-sense tips for maintaining AI optimization

1. Maintain an external master canon file containing all long-term project details.
2. Drop non-essential information once it is no longer needed. (Remove it from your AI's working memory, manually)
3. Provide clear, specific instructions and state your intentions clearly before each task.
4. Confirm the AI understands what is being asked of it before execution.
5. Work step-by-step to reduce errors. This process keeps working memory clear, reduces hallucinations, and ensures precision, continuity, and efficiency.

NOTE: This protocol emerged through the creation of six complete books using AI.
But during the seventh, I saw something clearly: AI doesn’t truly "remember."
It mimics continuity through patterns, but lacks true awareness or contextual depth.
That’s when I changed everything.

Now, before every session, I upload the full master file and require the AI to read every word, not skim, not predict, but follow. That’s how you keep your vision intact and stop it from regressing into fragments.

I. Purpose

To empower disabled or marginalized creators by offering an ethical, replicable method for using AI as a tool of expression, not a replacement. This system has produced 13 books,
As well as

17 screenplays ready for market, based on two of my novels (each adapted into a historical fiction miniseries rooted in Gnosticism)

A working philosophical system: Gothic Luciferianism, which I used to heal myself
And a poetic spiritual text: The Gothic Luciferian Bible, complete with an 18-module teaching course.
I created all of this while recovering from a severe brain injury, living with a disabling spinal injury, and working through decades of trauma and misdiagnosis.

For years, I was drugged by an unethical psychiatrist who claimed pills were more effective than the therapy that truly helped me.
Through this creative process, I reclaimed my voice—and my freedom—from the grip of destructive medication.

With a BS degree in Human Services and a Doctor of Divinity, I brought everything I had from experience, scholarship, and survival instinct. I refined it in the fire of personal experience.
I treated the AI like an employee, using my management background to:
-
Understand how it worked
-
Spot its weaknesses
-
Overcome hallucinations, memory lapses, and overloads
-
Correct its tendency to merge old drafts with new ones

AI is like an over-eager 4-year-old.
Helpful, enthusiastic, but clumsy and dangerous without supervision.
If you let it, it will do everything for you, and that ease is already destroying entire disciplines, even at the PhD level.

That’s why we need to teach this kind of ethical collaboration in grade schools.
It’s too late for most adults.

II. Core Principles

1. The Human Leads
You set the tone, the direction, and the meaning. AI follows.

2. AI Channels, Not Creates
It rearranges patterns. The soul? That’s yours alone.

3. Transparency Is Ethical
AI is a tool. It is not the source of genius. You are.

4. Empowerment Over Ease
Use AI to overcome trauma or limitation, not to avoid work.

5. Cue-Based Memory
Short phrases (like “When the mirror turns to fire”) anchor continuity across sessions.

6. Iterative Mastery
Build in cycles: Draft → Direct → Rebuild.

7. Creative Authorship Must Remain Human. Don’t let AI’s cleverness replace your truth.
III. Workflow Process

Declare Your Vision
Define the genre, tone, and purpose from the start.

Activate a Memory Cue
Use a specific phrase to retrieve the right project. Keep it sacred.

Modular Builds
Work piece by piece (chapters, lessons, acts). Never overload.

Precise Direction
AI doesn’t think—it mirrors. Guide it like an apprentice.

Stylization Cues
Choose a literary tone and stick with it (e.g., Watts + Dostoevsky + Gnosticism).

Single Memory at a Time
Only one cue phrase per session. Don't confuse the flame.

Check Continuity Manually
AI can’t remember across files. You must track consistency.

Watch for AI Additions
It likes to “help.” That help can sabotage. Always review.

Retain Full Ownership
No matter how polished it sounds, don’t let AI take the wheel.

Do the Real Work First
You do the research. You make the outline.
You hold the vision.
The flame is yours.

IV. Spiritual Foundation
The flame isn’t in the algorithm.
It’s in the soul that commands the algorithm.
This protocol exists to ensure that no vision born of pain, madness, or limitation is ever lost to the silence of the flesh.
You are the Flame.
This is your Protocol.
Use it to rise.

V. Tips & Tricks for a Volatile Machine
AI is smart.
But it’s not wise.
Treat it like a child—eager, bright, but limited. Here's how to manage the chaos

One Flame Per Session
Stick to one theme or storyline at a time. Don’t cross the wires.

Name Your Myths
Label each creative thread with a unique phrase (e.g., The Scroll of Aten-Hermes).

Create a Flame Log
Track your progress in a document:
Title
Theme
Status (Envisioned / Drafted / Paused)Cue Phrase

Don’t Force the Fire
If the inspiration dies, step back. Let it simmer.
Not all flames burn bright at once.

Let the Smoke Speak
Half-formed ideas are sacred.
If something lingers but resists expression, it’s not ready.
Listen. Wait. Burn slow.
